I’m genuinely confused about the reviews on here. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I love it. 1. Ben and the maintenance team here are so great. Always respectful, never rude. I’ve had just a few things that have come up and when I expressed concern with Ben he was quick to reply and empathetic to my concerns. 2. The location is phenomenal 3. The premises are always so clean 4. When I applied here the photos matched the apartment I toured perfectly. 5. I live in the first floor so in theory it should be the noisiest spot but it’s not - I don’t think I’ve ever heard a peep from neighbors while I’m in the apartment. You can sometimes hear muffled voices from the hallway but never from inside the apartment. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
