Been living here for a little over a year now , ran into some issues with the last managers here who were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In October of 2021 my stove exploded while I was 8 months pregnant with my oldest child , fire department reached out to parc East to tell them by law they needed to replace the stove (took them 6 months just to replace it ) due to the lack of professionalism of the last managers the new manager Dakota is having to clean up the mess that was left behind for him to deal with , which understandably makes him very busy, causing him to have to shove other important things aside such as lease renewals . Other than that it’s a quiet complex , everyone is respectful and the management is great (try’s their best to full fil everyone’s needs ) -Olivia Johnson
