The Preserve at Scott's Addition is the joining of two buildings built decades apart, a true mix of historic architecture and modern design. The Found Building is the complete renovation of the historic Coca Cola Building. These top-of-the-line apartments retain all of their historic charms while providing residents with access to today's modern comforts. The second half of The Preserve is The Made Building, the new construction section. These apartments all have unique floor plans, great views, and a contemporary tone and feel. No matter where you choose to make your home, you'll have full access to some of the best amenities in the city, a saltwater pool and outdoor patio space, rooftop deck, a listening lounge, fitness center, club room, business lounge, and social club with resident events.

It's owned by a large property management group, so there's a certain amount of bureaucracy to deal with, but that's to be expected. The rates are reasonable. The location is great. Rooms were as described/pictured. One complaint would be quality of construction. There's some gaps between baseboards and the floors, but that's not the property manager's fault... That the fault of whoever got the building contract. The best part of the experience has been dealing with Kayla and Ashton. They've really gone above and beyond since the start. Kayla was is constant communication with me and answered all my questions. She sent videos of the room, sent me dimensions before move, so I could buy furniture that would fit... lots of good to say about her. The staff does seem a bit overworked, but maybe this is the busy season. Regardless they've really done well to ensure a smooth move in and that any hiccups were quickly resolved. If they don't raise rent, maybe I'll resign and convince some friends to move here.

The Preserve is absolutely stunning! The amenities are thoughtfully designed, the apartments are spacious, the leasing staff is so friendly and the maintenance guys kick butt and take great care when we have a maintenance issue. The community is perfectly located in Scotts Addition where we can walk to so many breweries and even Stella’s! The community is well lit and the grounds are kept up and clean. Thank you Preserve staff for taking such great care and concern for your residents! We love it here!
