This place was not fun to live in. No AC, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! They will tell you that if someone comes to spray your place the roaches shouldn’t be a problem, that’s a lie. Whole building is infested with them and there’s very little you can do to keep them away. We kept food in containers and cleaned up frequently but because the whole building had them it didn’t help much. There was also a leaky pipe outside our apartment door the whole time we lived there - it wore a small hole into the wood hallway. We placed a maintenance request for our sink and the manager told us he told maintenance about it but they never came. Had the ticket in for 7 months (still submitted and nothing done by the time we moved out lol). On-site laundry is a scam, it’s in the basement which looks like a horror film and right before we moved they raised the price to pay for it. There’s also only three washers and dryers for the whole building. Mail isn’t secure either; they just leave packages right out in the front where anyone can see and take them. Also, the wood counters in the kitchen very very easily got water stains on them. The “original wood floors” would literally break off in pieces and give us SPLINTERS. Do not recommend this place to anyone - it was so bad we almost broke our lease to escape.
