This week I had a leak under my sink, my dishwasher needed replaced and I had another issue that needed to be taken care of. Mark from maintenance was quick to respond and finished every tiny bit of the necessities in a timely fashion. He was extremely friendly, fast, he paid attention to details getting the job done with excellent quality and care. A couple days later I needed a light fixture replaced and once again he took care of it quickly and accurately. I am extremely grateful for her hard work .

I have toured over 5 apartment complexes and viewed over 20 apartments online in search of my new home and this is by far the best one. This complex is family friendly and pet friendly. This complex is located in the Asian district and close to many big plazas for shopping. There is a lot of storage space and plenty of space for my cats to run around and play. My unit is the 2 bed, 2 bath platinum unit on the first floor. Pros: - Located in the Asian district - Close to the light rail - Close to Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace - Family and pet friendly - Close to Safeway with two free electric car chargers - Upgraded flooring, modern appliances, lots of storage space - Gym, clubhouse, resort style pools, underground basketball and racket ball courts, dog park Cons: - Long wait times for maintenance requests - Mail room is at the back of the complex - Have to pay for valet trash services - No bedroom ceiling fans - Arizona heat - Poor landscaping - Lengthy application process

I’ve lived here for 3 years and don’t plan on leaving for a long time. Any issues I have are dealt with quickly and efficiently. My dishwasher was having issues and immediately I was contacted to fix/replace the unit. Brandon and Nick removed the broken one and replaced it with a brand new one. They were fast and professional. They even had to work around me, still working from home. I really appreciated their flexibility and efficiency. Thanks guys!

I have read through these recent comments and feel bad for tenants with issues. But I guess it depends on what building you’re in/ who your neighbors are. There are only a couple of issues I’ve had, 1 is that I live in the back and tenants walk their dogs without leashes to the dog play area (some have even ran up to me and jumped on me) which is a HUGE issue for me as I am 8 months pregnant. The other issue I’ve had is the trash valet guy is always running(pounding) up and down the stairs and when he picks the trash he flips the trash can upside down with no carefulness so I get why other commenters were upset about broken trash cans every time he takes my trash I check to make sure it’s not broken how hard he flips it over and throws it down. And the only issue that I feel the management could control is the front gate always being open/broken. We do have a lot of “night walkers” in this area and if I lived on that end of the complex I would be pretty upset about the issue. Other than that my neighbors are quiet and the walls are pretty sound proof I can’t hear anyone around me. Also, I am on the 3rd floor and whoever said insulation is bad has no idea. I’ve lived in a 3 rd story before and it was extremely hot in my apartment unlike the one here it stays decently cool especially if you close the blinds during the day. Also I just want to comment on the “shutting off water” situation.... I’ve lived here for 5 months and I work a standard schedule 8-4 and I have never had an issue with water being shut off. Unless it is happening when I am at work I just don’t know about it. 5 months in and so far so good here! At this rate the only reason I’d move is to gain space for the baby.

When I first moved here twenty years ago it was nice place however over a period of time especially in the last eight years this complex had one landlord after another that did not care. Then came Station 21 Apartments. After suffering from a fire I came back in three months and worked with Collin and Lisa who have worked very hard to get this place back on its former footing of being a decent place to live.. My remodeled apartment has all new Whirlpool washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal,stove, oven and built-in microwave, the floors are new and shiny and the bathrooms are remodeled. It's bigger and better and it's a place you can call home. New staffs take a while but Lisa and Collin have turned everything around and they listen when you have a problem. What more can I say recuperating from a fire where every thing I owned was lost and it was easier for me since Lisa and Collin of Station 21 Apartments took ever the whole place looks nice and the new staff has greatly improved.. Plus it has a great air conditioning system thats keep you cool, calm and collected. Thank you Kimberly,
