I highly recommend this apartment complex. I don’t even know where to start!! Cassie the apartment manager is absolutely amazing, She is knowledgeable and was very helpful with the whole apartment touring process and application process. Cassie helped every part of the way by answering any questions we had and letting us tour different apartments to make sure we found the right fit for us. She was super responsive she made the whole application process very easy. Everything got done very fast. The apartment complex itself is very nice inside and out newly renovated, great amenities they have multiple pools, a nice gym, friendly neighbors. Just overall a very beautiful safe place to live. I’m in college, so the best thing is that it’s all in walking distance to ASU/Public transportation and Mill ave.

I moved to Arizona in 2019 & this apartment complex was the 1st apartment I’ve had to myself. I truly love this community. Sadly, I have to relocate March 2024 but I do recommend this place especially if you are a college student or have children. I love that it feels extremely safe, the school system is great, it’s across the street from a park and a boys and girls club. It also is walking distance from grocery stores, shopping stores & restaurants. It is a pet friendly community which was great for my pitbull puppy. I have so much gratitude for Cassie & the maintenance staff. They were always so helpful and efficient with fixing things in my home. The only improvement I can say they may need is being more attentive to the valet trash service(I personally believe we, as tenants, don’t truly need it but hey!). Thank you all at Parq in 5th. If I even move back to Arizona, this will be my 1st option. Keep up the good work.
