We've been here for about 6 years. Every year they've improved the apartments. They just started remodeling. Even remodeled my apartment. Its beautiful. When you look around at apartments rent, they are lower than the others. I highly recommend San Manor Apts

I have lived at San Jose Manor for 4+ years now. I love how quiet and safe the complex/area is. My 1 bedroom is just the right size for myself and my 2 cats. Even with my place being a little older, it is still quite nice! new carpet was laid when I moved in, and the office coordinated with me to have my kitchen updated when I requested. The office is so friendly and willing to help, and Maintenance is very responsive with individual issues and takes great care of the amenities such as the green courtyard, and pool, and cleans our laundry room daily. It feels like a little community as during the holidays they have decorating contests and neighbors respect each other quite a bit. The rent is quite reasonable here so all together it is a nice place to call home.
