Great place to live. Areas conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the American River. The staff and the owners are really helpful (thank you Jenn and Heather 😉) The maintenance man definitely is a hard worker, super nice and cool. Thank you Rivers Edge for everything.

Amazing community! Great people. And Amazing office staff!! Always helpful and relatable. Karen is absolutely a delight and she makes a great manager. A great place to call home! Maintenance is amazing! And will take care of residents needs! A great place you can call home!!!!!
