I don't know why people complain this place seems like a nice place to live plus I asked a nice lady that's been living here for more than 10 years. She recommends this place and me and my aunt are going to move in here there's a two bedroom available that I've been waiting for!!! 08/31/2018 as far as cockroaches I mean you're going to find that anywhere I'm pretty sure they go through the proper inspection and insect extermination in the apartment when it's vacant for new people to move in all you got to do is just take the proper measures to prevent roaches from being in your apartment! This is not a ghetto neighborhood it's a very positive uplifting neighborhood yes maybe 10-15 years ago it was a ghetto area but Panorama City is one of the most beautiful places to live everybody's very nice yes it's a predominant Latino area but we still have a diversity of different nationalities living around here and we have nothing but welcoming open warm arms for them!! I've been wanting to move in here for years and now I get the chance to move in wish me luck! Señor AGUILAR

I thought I'd live here for a while before leaving feedback. I run a air tight ship. I always vacuum after a food spill. I Take out the trash weekly without leaving a trail of liquid behind me. I leave shoes at entrance. Try to keep dishes out of sink and dry. Keep laundry off floor and in bins. I keep the volume down, unlike the people on the street. With that said, you got to figure out who's messing with the elevator.
