I recently moved into Old Market Lofts back in August and have been nothing but impressed. I felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the leasing office for our apartment tour and that feeling has not diminished at all. Management is incredibly helpful and any maintenance requests have been completed within a day or two of submitting them. The apartments themselves are perfectly laid out and very quiet. My window backs up to the train station and I cannot hear the train whatsoever at night. I also share a wall with my roommate and we cannot hear each other from our rooms if our doors are closed so they are very soundproof as well, meaning you will not be hearing your neighbors late at night either. The residents are very considerate too. The location cannot be beat as well. Many people assuming the rent must be really high due to the location but it is incredible reasonable. Parking in the building in comparable to other apartments in the area as well and the garage is well maintained. I have also made great use of the community spaces, such as the gym and the community room - areas that are open to residents 24/7. I have visited many apartment buildings in the area and would say that these are by far the best.

I've lived in the old market lofts for over a year now, and it has been my husband and I's favorite residence so far. We plan to stay here as long as the military has us living in Nebraska. Our loft is over 1300 sq ft with beautiful exposed brick walls and old wood pillars and planks. Just gorgeous. The rooftop is amazing, we enjoy the pool, hot tub, and grills. The location is unbeatable, It's located in the old market but on a very quiet street, so you get the best of both worlds. Our loft neighbors are kind. Management here is superb. Management is thoughtful, run the place well, and genuinely work to provide a great residence for the tenants. The building is really dog friendly, they even have dog treats in the leasing office. Military friendly and family friendly, as well as a great place for students or young professionals. Highly recommend. On top of everything, they offer great move-in specials.
