I throughly enjoyed living at Landmark. This location is a goldmine, within fast reach to some of the hottest spots in Austin without being crowded. Living on this island part of Barton Hills truly elevates the safety component to a large city of homelessness. Gated, lots of greenery and the Greenbelt is your literal backyard, a 10min bike ride to Barton Springs pool. Avoiding mopac traffic to get to zilker or basically anywhere downtown! Management is wonderful as they continuously have guided me every step of the way. And my service requests were handled in a timely manner. My 1Bed-1bath apartment on the bottom floor had such a clean, elevated and humble feel to it. #cozyfeels #chic .. The pergola area and gym are a plus. The pool is nice in the summer time to relax, though I wish it were bigger so I could actually swim laps, but I frog leaped here n there. It was time for me to switch things up, but I would consider coming back strongly. Blessings and thank you all for an excellent experience living here!
