Living at AMLI 300 is a fantastic experience Excellent location. You have everything at a walkable distance in a quiet area of downtown. The office and maintenance teams make it even better. They truly care about residents and are always there for you. Building is improving all the time: - New Gym and Clubhouse - New Office - New balconies and patio doors - Interior Renovation They are always thinking in a way to make residents experience better If you go to the office with a complaint/question or maintenance comes to your apt to do a service request, you will always see a smile on their faces. I’ve lived at amli 300 for a few years now and it’s always been a good property. I will say though in the last year I’ve noticed that service from the staff has definitely gotten better. It’s been nice to see new faces especially friendly ones. My dogs love it here and the amenities and events offered by amli are top notch. Was happy here but even happier now with the more attentive staff!
