The management all the way down to the Handyman are very respectful and positive. I’ve been here for 2 years and never had any major problems that were not on top of. The amenities such as the pool and gym are always up to date. My favorite spot the business center gives off a nice luxury and piece full environment. The location is very quiet and no crime activity, people here pretty much mind their own business.

Everyone knows how stressful apartment hunting can be, especially during this time of year! I walked into the beautiful front office at Ascent North and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Brenan! He took it upon himself to make me feel comfortable and welcome which instantly relieved all that stress — I can’t wait to move in next month!! Thank you Brenan and all the other kind people running this place. I’m very excited!
