I moved to Newton Towers almost six years ago. When i came to DC to look at apartments this was in a great location in Columbia Heights very close to shopping, grocery, restaurants and entertainment, as well as Metro transportation. Everything is so accessible and convenient to get to. Living at Newton Towers was a very safe, memorable and positive experience as its well maintained and most importantly Apartment building Manager Adriano is incredible. Any concern you have will be addressed immediately. My education took me to another state this year but I look forward to returning to the District in the future after my program is completed and hopefully secure a place with Newton Towers. I highly recommend Newton Towers to anyone looking to live in and experience the District :)! Afaq Zraikat

I've lived in other great areas of DC before moving into Newton Towers in Columbia Heights. To say this is a great deal of a place is an understatement. I moved in initially intending on only staying one year. However, given that this area is fantastically growing, exciting, convenient, and safe - I fell in love. Not only that, Adriano made sure I was right at home from day one. So I've been here for three years so far. I've never had a landlord that took care of their tenants as he does. The building and apartment is great - not too fancy but clean and pest-free (and that's important). And he lives in the building so he is always on top of any issues. Very responsive. I don't think too many people know about this building probably because it's in a small street and it looks very simple and boring from the outside. If you are looking for an apartment in this area, you need to meet Adriano and let him show you the building! You'll love it.
