We lived there for over 5 years and loved every minute of it! Out dated but worth it! Management are amazing and are great at monitoring and ensuring everyone is complying to the rules. Great place to live!

So the property management company came in my apartment without notice. They are supposed to give 24 hour notice. She let the post office put my mail box to vacant. They never painted before I moved in. My apartment had fleas. Was told there were no pets allowed but multiple tenants have pets. The base water bill is $90. That's not the water your using. They water the grass everyday. Even though we are in drought conditions.
