I have been at Krystal Springs Estates and I have had no problems. The manager Dee is a great manager keeps all tenants informed, as well as makes sure that the property is safe. It is affordable and I would recommend it.

Dee is amazing! She was kind and showed us the place, answered all our questions and explained with patience how the process for the move in would be like. It was our first time moving in and we appreciate everything she did. The complex is clean, the apartments are cozy and have A/C and they also have remodeled units, that's a plus since the rent is not really high. It's close to highway 5 and has a Safeway with a gas station pretty much across the street so, convenience is a plus.
