Just over a year here and it is perfect. Very quiet. Great maintenance and upkeep. No issues at all. The manager is very respectful, responsive, and professional. the laundry room is always clean and the pool is cleaned weekly(can see from balcony) even during the winter. Definitely one of the best apartments in Stockton.

I have been living here for 2 years and it is a really nice and quiet environment! The property manager Scarleth Pérez is very friendly and welcoming. I love the renovations that they continue to add to the apartments as well as the facilities. It is located in a convenient area around a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness centers. It is a gated community and can only be accessed with codes which makes me feel safer knowing that only residents and family/friends are the ones coming onto the property. I would definitely recommend living here.
