I lived here and I really like the place. The management was very helpful. I never had no problems. I never had issues with the apartments. The neighbors were friendly. I had a sink lick and they repair it the same day I told them. Be nice to management and they will be nice to you too. Give what you want to receive. This place is worth it!!! You will not regret!!😀

This is being written by an 8 month pregnant woman who's family also includes my 7 year old son and my husband. When went in to sign the lease for these apartments, Dee was talking about IF the possibility of bed bugs we're to become a problem and it turned out to be caused by us we would be looking at a $500 fine. I wasn't too concerned considering I've never had a problem with them in my life. But it definitely caught my attention that maybe there already was a bug problem here possibly, so I asked her, "Are there any problems with bed bugs OR COCKROACHES here??". She straight said, "No, we haven't had any issues in your building." Then we sign the lease.. Well, we move in a couple weeks later and our very first night we see them, the next few days after that we're seeing them out during the day. We talked to our downstairs neighbor and he tells us that he's been here for 3 years and it's been a constant problem, that they are definitely infested. And mind you I am extremely OCD, I vacuum once in the daytime and once at night, scrub underneath appliances, countertops and cupboards. I never leave dishes in the sink or food out and I even wipe ALL sinks, showers, and floors for any possible water drops at night to keep them from trying to feed here at all. I even have to have my son snack on things directly over the sink or a plate to avoid getting crumbs in tiny unseen areas. But it still doesn't matter because I wake up to at least two big ones somewhere in the house, and see them running around throughout the day. It's completely exhausting, I can't even feel "at home" in my own home. All of this on top of preparing for a baby. I can't believe she would lie to us knowing we were going to have a baby here. KNOWING that there are disease carrying bugs infested in the building. Bottom line, she will lie to you, even if you're 7 months pregnant. After a month here already we still don't have a screen on our window either because they are also nearly impossible to get ahold of. Can't wait til our lease is up so we can get the hell out of here.
