As a resident here, I LOVE my apartment. The remodel is breathtaking! So many new upgrades that give my home that perfect, up-to-date, "homey" feeling. I embrace my home that The Landmark Apartments has to offer. I feel comfortable and proud to have friends and family over. The courtyards and pool make it accessible to do fun activities such as going outside to exercise and swim. The management is reasonably accessible and takes any inquires seriously and acts fast. If you are looking for the perfect place to call "home", I would HIGHLY recommend considering The Landmark Apartments.

We are new residents to The Landmark community in Lodi, CA and we love it so far. We moved from Connecticut to California, and our search for an apartment and transition to our new home went smoothly and comfortably because of the community director Caitlin. She reached out to us after we asked for more information through the website. From that point on, she spoke on the phone with us multiple times and emailed back and forth with us answering our millions of questions. The apartment itself is beautiful, and while the grounds are still under construction, we have high hopes based on how great our new apartment is. We did have a small drain issue shortly after we moved in and Caitlin helped us as soon as we reached out having the site maintenance team come in to quickly resolve the issue. We highly recommend the community for anyone looking for a quaint feel in a convenient location
