TERRIBLE place to live nothing but TERRIBLE. Last mánager was fired the 3 that replaced her NEVER Are in office NEVER answer the phone . The WATER is off legit every week for 5 hrs at a time . They turn the water off without telling ANYONE. They were using my Electric outlet outside still in my PG&E three times I told him to stop management resolution was to cover my Outdoor outlet because they were stealing it and they didn’t want to hear me complain anymore. TERRIBLE place to live people party all time everyday till 2 -4 -AM blasting music . Kids riding bikes screaming till 11 -12am EVERYDAY Management does not care!!!
