BEST AMENITIES/OUTDOOR SPACE!!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Sharon Green. My husband/2 kids and I moved here in August 2020 and have loved every second. First of all, the apartments themselves are freshly renovated and perfect for our young family (new appliances, finishes, etc). Any issues (should they arise) and swiftly and thoroughly addressed by the kind maintenance staff. But what really makes Sharon Green amazing is the amenities...the grounds are so green/lush/well-maintained and provide plenty of areas for playing with kids, pets, etc. There are 3 pavilions which are a great place to host a small gathering with friends for outdoor (socially distanced) dining. Between the tennis court, basketball court, grills, playground, and immaculately maintained pool, there is always something fun to do on property just a few steps from your patio. We use all the amenities and often times feel like we are living at a resort. We opted for a ground floor apartment, which provides a very large patio - a huge bonus space! In addition to this, the SG staff is always up to planning the next fun event...in the past 6 months they've offered "Movies on the Lawn" about 3 times, a Spring Eggtravaganza, Fall/Halloween party, etc - each equipped with drinks, snacks, live music, etc. They also coordinate "Food Truck Fridays" to be on site every single Friday night, which is AMAZING. Other perks: close proximity (2 min walk) to the Safeway, Starbucks, dry cleaners, Walgreens. Secure mailboxes for package delivery, friendly staff.

My family and I have really enjoyed living at Sharon Green for the past year. We moved from New York to come to Stanford for a year. The staff was very helpful from the beginning putting Amazon boxes into our apartment ahead of our move. The management was also very responsive any time something needed to be fixed. The school the complex is zoned for is great and a bus picks up right outside the apartment building. The pool and amenities are great.
