The apartment complex was safe and very quiet, there were a lot of community events. Only small negative I would say is the parking lot gets very dusty due to proximity to highway. Christine was very kind and thoughtful when it came to everything, even during my move out process I never felt rushed. Sam was also very helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had renting.

This community is conveniently located near the Race Street VTA station. There is easy access to both CA 87 and I-280. Willow Glen downtown is a short walk away. It is a small community with a very very friendly and responsive staff. Christine, the property manager is very friendly and is just so pleasant to interact with. Sam, the maintenance manager is also very prompt when a ticket is opened. Over the last few years several updates have been made to individual apartments and the community. A few years ago several cars were broken into but ever since security cameras were installed, this is a thing of the past. Community and the residents are very quiet and it is in general a tranquil place. Christine organizes barbecues and events several times a year. Highly recommend this community.
