The Paddock at Grandview is a brand-new community that offers distinctive and beautiful one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes. Our community has income guidelines based upon the size of your household and gross annual income (see below). Our amenities include: central heating and cooling, electric range ovens and washer/dryers in every apartment. We also have a fitness center, community room, computer center and sparkling swimming pool. We are conveniently located on the corner of West Trinity Lane and Interstate 65, right outside of downtown Nashville. Schools, metro bus stops, major grocery stores, the city library, health clinics and other commerce are all within blocks of our location.
