I can only rate the tour, but Vanessa (Property Manager) was very professional and accommodating towards my sister and I from the moment we first spoke on the phone to set up the Windfaire tour. The 2/2 layout we saw was beautiful with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The community definitely has character in a good way, and Vanessa's demeanor and customer service skills let me know that she is not only a stellar Property Manager, but she will continue to move up quickly throughout her career.

Based on the tour, move-in logistics, and ease of hand over of apartment this place is excellent. The apartment I leased is clean, has brand new appliances, and very spacious for an affordable price. Scott has been a pleasure to work with. Neighborhood seems very walkable with restaurants, bars, etc. all over. Will update this review after a year. Update: I'm leaving my 5 star review as is. Although I only had the pleasure of living at Windfaire and in the cool community of NoHo for roughly 8 months (had to move for work), the experience was excellent. Working with Scott with any matters related to my experience was always professional and a pleasure. FYI - this apartment complex is rent controlled, which is excellent having to live in such an expensive city like LA.
