The choice to lease at Rockrose was the best choice for us. We are very happy to be living in what I consider to be the best building in the best location in Manhattan, Tribeca with the most amazing views! The buildings and ground are impeccably maintained. The Leasing office and Management Staff is above top notch, Greg Brancato, Ashley Green and Carole Achille have been incredibly helpful and fair in all of the experiences we have had with them. Communication has always been excellent, and the customer service we have received has been just remarkable. We truly enjoy our prime location and the wonderful relationship we have with all of these Great Guys who create the relationship that makes it easy to be a loyal, grateful tenant and experience an enjoyable stay . If you’re already one of the tenants of Tribeca Pointe, you know the value Greg brings to the leased housing equation. We are convinced that there is not a leasing office management that could take any better care of their properties and tenants than Greg does. Keep up the great work Guys.

An amazing apt to live in! Can’t beat the location or the amenities like brand new gym and rooftop. The doormen and staff are so nice and helpful, and Greg the leasing manager and Ashley were great to work with.
