Madrona Estates is conveniently located near the University Place Town Center and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have newly renovated 2-bedroom townhomes. Our townhomes are a great value, featuring spacious floor plans, full size washer/dryer and a wood burning fireplace. We are on the Pierce Transit Bus line and in walking distance of University Place Schools.
