Working with the Modera leasing professionals has been the antidote to all past negative and opaque property leasing experiences! The modern website gives all the information needed to make an informed decision before even reaching out to the leasing office. I was able to choose a unit from a detailed map of the property with floor plans and pricing included. Once I made the deposit I was promptly contacted by leasing representative, Phillip, who was professional, kind, empathetic, and just downright pleasant to talk to. In coordination with the leasing manager, Naeema, my lease was expeditiously prepared and there were no hidden costs or other surprises. A+ customer service. They are flexible and willing to work with individual resident's needs, which makes me feel like a valued customer and welcome resident. I am so pleased I chose Modera Mosaic!

I enjoy living at Modera. Not only is the location nice but the experience has been great. The concierge is very friendly and have helped me carry heavy packages. The leasing office has always been responsive and helpful. I had made a complaint about my neighbor, and they followed up numerous times with me to ensure it was resolved. Lastly, the maintenance guys are prompt with their work. These apartments are upscale and the building is always tidy. I’ve held a few events in the common area, and the leasing office was accommodating. Overall, I can’t imagine finding a better home.
