I’ve lived at Goldtex for over 5 years. I love my apartment and the building overall. I love the location— just on the border of center city and chinatown—so accessible to all major center city activities (typically 15-20 min walk) yet in its own enclave with a neighborhood feel. The building stays well cleaned and maintained. The rooftop and pools are always a good time and my favorite amenity. The building events that happen quarterly to bimonthly are fun. I still remember the super lit Halloween party (pre-pandemic)— a time!!! Jeff is one of the concierges and he is so cool— he greets you when coming and going. He’s so friendly and great to talk to. And he always knows when you have a package and presents it to you when you come into the lobby. Hakim is also so cool! He is the superstar maintenance leader. Excellent in his work and excellent in his response to apartment issues and building issues. Both Hakim and Jeff are a large part of the reasons I’ve stayed at Goldtex so long.
