We came to UCLA and stayed for more than half year. Eight70 is very legit and accountable. I am very glad I stayed here during in UCLA. It is safe and clean. About rental fee, I would say it is reasonable and not really not higher than neighboring units from my understandings. My family had a good time there. Highly Recommended.

This is the best apartment I've lived in. Extremely spacious, well-maintained, newly renovated, clean, and comfortable living with all the amenities, including a beautiful outdoor pool, common areas, and fitness center. The location is perfect, across the street from the botanical garden and just a 5-10 minute walk from campus and countless tasty/fun spots in Westwood. It's an extremely positive environment with nice residents who are mostly young professionals/UCLA students. The maintenance crew could not be more responsive or thorough. Our wonderful manager Tiffani is really the #1 selling point though. She could not be more organized, dependable, hospitable, or genuinely invested in ensuring her residents have the best possible experience. Anyone would be lucky to live here!
