Lived here for 4 years and loved the building. The team here is top-notch from the fantastic concierge to the maintenance staff - special thanks to Michael, Michelle, Ernesto and Damian who always went above and beyond during my time here. Building amenities are solid - the gym has a surprisingly high variety of free weights and kettlebells. The 2nd floor terrace is great to get some sun in the warmer months. Rent has significantly increased in the last couple of years (more to do with NYC in general), but if you find an apartment here within your budget, I'd highly recommend it.

I have lived in this building for 3 years. Like the facilities (gym, laundry room, and terrace). Location is convenient (next to C/E train). Since I work from home a lot, I see the staff quite often. The entire team is friendly. A big shout-out to Anthony and Damion from the service team and Michelle and Michael from concierge, for providing amazing services.
