This was the best apartment experience I have ever had while living in LA. After living in various areas, I stumbled upon the Woodcliff apartments. They have 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 grilling areas, a fully stocked gym, an amazing rec center with a coffee machine, and free yoga classes every Wednesday and Saturday. My apartment was extremally spacious and had two giant closets with a lovely balcony. This is a great location for any UCLA students because the R12 Big Blue Bus has a bus stop right outside of the apartment complex.

Great amenties and friendly community! The leasing office managers Leticia and Rita are very helpful and care about their tenants! I’ve been living here for years! Prior to this I lived in a different few parts of LA and this has been by far my longest stay! Love it here!!

Overall, I had a very positive move-in experience. The leasing staff is great. They were very accommodating and Ray was also very pleasant and knowledgeable - he was more than happy to answer any questions I had the throughout the process. Moving in was seamless and I haven’t had any issues living there to date - I haven’t experienced any security concerns and the staff is also very responsive.

I just moved in a week ago and I love it here. Everyone (staff and residents) are SO nice! I was pleasantly surprised. I just moved from the Bay Area (Oakland) so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff is very professional and prompt with their responses, and I appreciate the property wide notification emails. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL with lots of places to relax, it’s quiet and peaceful, a diverse community of residents which I like, there’s two pools, a gym, controlled access, free parking, guest parking and I love my apartment. The layout is so cute and it’s a good size with LOTS of storage which is a major plus for me. I feel very blessed to have found this place. I plan to stay for a while.

I recently relocated to Los Angeles from Canada and I was incredibly grateful for all the help from the management team (special shoutout to Portia!) for being so accommodating and helpful. They made the process seamless and were incredibly supportive in easing some of the stresses that come with an international move. I LOVE my unit - it's been well-kept, safe, soundproof and the amenities are an added bonus, especially the business center to be able to change up my scenery working from home. A truly great place to call home.

Had another great experience w Carlos Aldez and his maintainence team. Reached out yesterday as i needed a cple of things done with my carpet.
His guys arrived promptly this morning and did an outstanding job on both. They took care where they needed to move furniture and were very respectful of my 'home'.

So far I love it! Your leasing agents are all so great, they made the move in experience as delightful as possible. Also everything in the apartment was clean and repainted as I moved in. I love my unit and the community feel of this property. The rec room and the new coffee maker is amazing! I've been using it and so excited for yoga and pool time. So far so good! The staff is also so incredible here and they are very responsive and accessible.
