Benford Court has been a Great place to live for several years now. The Owner's are very involved & constantly keeping the property clean and updated. It really is a great little community where most of us know each other by name & never have any complaints. The location is very convenient being close to the freeway & several stores close by. I appreciate having my own parking spots so their is never an issue with finding parking or not being able to park. The steady maintenance on the property keeps it very comfortable & the summer pool is my favorite & nice and clean. I can honestly say I enjoy living here & have recommended Benford Court to many people over the years! 2021 Review- Benford Court has been a Great place to live! The Owner's take pride in keeping their property clean & updated. I love the pool in the summer & how clean they keep it. I feel safe & secure here with the security measures they have in place. I have recommended several people to live here & will continue to do so. Other places cant even compare to the conditions & amenities at Benford Court.

Connie and her husband take excellent care of this place! Whenever I need help with something, she makes sure it gets done ASAP. Whenever one of my friends is looking for a place, I always run and ask if she has anything available. I've seen one of the complaining reviews, and can I just say, if someone rents you a clean apartment when you move in and its trashed when you move out, you get to pay for the damages you caused! I've seen the folks that work there putting in new carpet, fixing up their places, working hard to keep their apartments nice. There is a pool and an office on site so if you have any problem in your apartment you can get hold of someone right away.

Updated review: We have lived at Benford Court for over 10 years & have nothing bad to say! I have never met Owner’s/Manager’s that took as much pride in maintaining their property. Anytime I have ever needed maintenance both big& small they are there instantly and have it fixed within hours! The seasonal pool & key carded recreation room with locking mailboxes is an added bonus. We also have assigned parking, so there is never the stress of not having a parking spot. I couldn’t recommend Benford Court or RCM Properties more 👍👍 (Review 2021) I have lived at Benford Court for 10 years now & love everything about it! It is more of a small close knit community where we know each other by name & look out for one another. The Owner's/Manager's are personable & greet us by name NOT just a Unit number. They have always been hands on & keep up on repairs and updating the whole property! If anything happens or needs repair they are on it right away & have it fixed within hours. The Security here is great!! They have several cameras throughout the whole property- locked resident only access to the pool gate, Keycard Access to the Recreation/Laundry/Mail room, & Security keyed mailboxes. We also have assigned parking, so you never have to deal with the headache of parking. For the price range, local amenities, community, & Landlords that actually care about their tenants & property- Benford Court is by far a Superb property & I enjoy living here 💜 (Review 2020) I have lived at Benford Court for 7-8 years now & have absolutely NO Complaints!! I appreciate the fact that it is a Family Run property & we are greeted by name and are more than just another Apartment number to the Owner's. In the very few maintainence requests that I have put in over the years, they have ALWAYS BEEN addressed within hours & always fixed in less than 24 hours, which keeps the living environment well above par & I couldn't be happier 💜 The property is Very well organized, managed, & maintained!! They have weekly landscapers & keep the grounds very clean. The Summer/Seasonal Pool is absolutely Beautiful!!! Always clean & maintained. The fruit trees & plants surrounding the pool are just the icing on the cake 😉 I love the security of the locked mailboxes in the Card access Recreation Room, they recently upgraded to new Laundry machines- which have the ability to Text you when your laundry is done 💜 My husband loves the workout equipment.. Especially while I'm doing laundry 😉 Overall I give Benford Court 5/5 Stars & have been VERY PROUD to call it Home!! 💜 (Review 2014) VERY well maintained & Connie (owner/manager) is a Sweetheart!! If you need anything done at all- they get to it right away & have it fixed within 24 hours MAX!! :-)
