Benford Court has been a Great place to live for several years now. The Owner's are very involved & constantly keeping the property clean and updated. It really is a great little community where most of us know each other by name & never have any complaints. The location is very convenient being close to the freeway & several stores close by. I appreciate having my own parking spots so their is never an issue with finding parking or not being able to park. The steady maintenance on the property keeps it very comfortable & the summer pool is my favorite & nice and clean. I can honestly say I enjoy living here & have recommended Benford Court to many people over the years! 2021 Review- Benford Court has been a Great place to live! The Owner's take pride in keeping their property clean & updated. I love the pool in the summer & how clean they keep it. I feel safe & secure here with the security measures they have in place. I have recommended several people to live here & will continue to do so. Other places cant even compare to the conditions & amenities at Benford Court.

Connie and her husband take excellent care of this place! Whenever I need help with something, she makes sure it gets done ASAP. Whenever one of my friends is looking for a place, I always run and ask if she has anything available. I've seen one of the complaining reviews, and can I just say, if someone rents you a clean apartment when you move in and its trashed when you move out, you get to pay for the damages you caused! I've seen the folks that work there putting in new carpet, fixing up their places, working hard to keep their apartments nice. There is a pool and an office on site so if you have any problem in your apartment you can get hold of someone right away.
