Overall great service! Great on-site management and maintenance. Location is superb especially if you are affiliated with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. If you want a quite in town apartment in an old historical, well kept building, you might consider looking at 600 Georgia Avenue. Laundry, trash, and recycling disposal are all in the basement. Some special features are hardwood floors with high ceilings. Parking is available nearby. Most of the residents are pleasant and friendly. I would move back here if I moved back to Chattanooga.

Great location, great neighbors, great managemnt. Parking is an issue as well as landury. Price goes up each year, but management works with you. Three starts because of Parking and Landury. Other then that great place.
