I have lived at Integra Vistas for six years! I remember driving into the community for the first time. The sidewalk and tree lined drive was the most beautiful and welcoming sight! I knew as I was driving up the second hill that I wanted to live here! The views of the mountains that surround the community were incredible! So beautiful, that I stopped and just stared at it all for the longest time. There was no doubt in my mind that I had found the place that would become my new home. After taking it all in, I noticed the clubhouse. It’s very stately and looks amazing at night. And the pool with views of mountains in every direction… It literally feels like you’re at a mountain resort. MacKenzie was the leasing agent and she was wonderful. She was poised and professional, and such a pleasure to work with. She has since been promoted and is now the Manager of Integra Vistas. She is also one of the reasons I have stayed for six years. She has built a team of employees who are also wonderful! My apartment home backs up to a wooded area, which I love! I have a garage that is directly across from my apartment and that has been another great bonus of living at Integra Vistas! The apartments here have great floor plans. They utilize every square foot and offer a large amount of storage space. There are more kitchen cabinets than I’ve had in some houses I’ve lived in. And I love that the upper cabinets are much taller than the industry average with enough space for four shelves in each cabinet! The kitchens in these apartments actually look like a kitchen you would find in a house. I cook often and run my dishwasher nightly, and have not had any trouble with any of my appliances. Same with the washer and dryer. I use them almost daily and they still work great and look brand new. Another thing I have loved about my apartment home, is that the carpet here is not the industry standard. It is several grades above industry standard. To live in a home with carpet that still looks as good six years later as it did the day I moved in, is a testament to the quality of the materials used when building these apartments. The landscaping throughout the community is beautiful and well-maintained. I love that! The Clubhouse offers pretty much any kind of exercise you could ever want to do. CrossFit style workout, weight training, a room with exercise bikes and a screen, a yoga room, an upper level with rowing machines and treadmills (and the most amazing views!) and so much more! One of my friends toured the clubhouse and checked out the equipment and said the equipment here is a higher quality than any equipment she’s used at Sports Barn. Lastly, I want to tell you how much I have fallen in love with Hixson! I lived in East Brainerd/Ooltewah for 25 years and rarely ever crossed the dam prior to living here. I love the Target, Publix and Food City in Hixson! I love my dry cleaners and the morning crew at Chick-fil-A! I love the Lowe’s and Home Depot that are in Hixson. I love Aubrey’s and Mike’s Tavern, Lupi’s and our local McAlister’s! I love how close I am to downtown Chattanooga! And I love how easy it is to hop on 27. There are many great little Amish stores and farmers markets that are not far from here! I literally can’t say enough good things about living at Integra Vistas! And while there are many things worth mentioning, I do want to reiterate that one of the reasons I stayed as long as I have is because of MacKenzie (and Katie!). They have been wonderful to me. After talking with other tenants, I believe they have made everyone feel as welcomed, valued and respected, as they have for me. There are many apartment communities throughout Chattanooga, but this is the most beautiful and welcoming community! You will love living here!

I’ve lived here two months and love it! My apartment and the entire property are lovely. I’ve had two maintenance requests that were promptly resolved. My neighbors and property management have all been wonderful. The views are incredible. My corner balcony is beautiful & spacious. The location is quite convenient & peaceful!
