Well me and my girlfriend Jessica are going to fill out the application Friday and provide the 30$ application fee, hopefully we get approved. She says as long as we have no evictions or felony we should be okay to move well we don't have any of that and we have money ready for the deposit . I hope we are approved and I hope we don't lave to live with cockroaches. She said only one unit is available so I hope the choose us for it, we have been through a lot with our current rental situation really hope it works out for us

I’ve been living here for 3 years now. I’ve never had a problem with management or anyone else in the apartments. I show respect, pay my rent on time, and don’t cause problems with others. That’s the key to having a great living experience here. Ms.Tanya is always willing to listen and reason with anyone if you happen to have any issues while living here.
