I've only lived here for a few months but so far things have been great. There were a few bug issues when I moved in, but they went away after pest control came. The maintenance team is friendly and responded quickly when my AC went out, identifying and fixing the problem within minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable living. Update: I have lived here for a few years now and still love it. Stephanie and the office team are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Marla Chunn as a leasing consultant at The Hills at Oakwood Apartments, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Marla’s professionalism and warm personality made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in an apartment and worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit. Marla’s knowledge of the property and the available units was exceptional, and she walked me through every step, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident at every interaction. She make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
