I recently moved to Monarch Apartment Homes and can say I felt very welcomed the day I step foot on this apartment community. Management/admin staff are very friendly and accommodating. Mgr / Admin staff were very efficient with providing instructions for apartment application and also move in instructions. External and Internal property is great condition. There are plenty of resident amenities and parking. I am very pleased to be a part of this apartment community. The staff here is amazing.

Since Ms. Diana and Jen took over Monarch apartments property a couple years ago service, loyalty, communication, and in short all positive changes have substantially increased. In addition, their careful attention to detail and dedication in improving the residents of Monarch experience is evident in their daily interactions. If you want to live in apartments where your property manager knows you by name, treats you like family, and advocates for your individual needs, Monarch is the place to be! Diana orchestrates various food trucks and reoccurring farmers markets on a regular basis for our convenience and to help strengthen community ties among residents and locals. I am privileged to live in such a caring community which is made possible by our amazing and talented leadership. Thanks Diana and Jen!
