I recently moved to Monarch Apartment Homes and can say I felt very welcomed the day I step foot on this apartment community. Management/admin staff are very friendly and accommodating. Mgr / Admin staff were very efficient with providing instructions for apartment application and also move in instructions. External and Internal property is great condition. There are plenty of resident amenities and parking. I am very pleased to be a part of this apartment community. The staff here is amazing.
Since Ms. Diana and Jen took over Monarch apartments property a couple years ago service, loyalty, communication, and in short all positive changes have substantially increased. In addition, their careful attention to detail and dedication in improving the residents of Monarch experience is evident in their daily interactions.
If you want to live in apartments where your property manager knows you by name, treats you like family, and advocates for your individual needs, Monarch is the place to be!
Diana orchestrates various food trucks and reoccurring farmers markets on a regular basis for our convenience and to help strengthen community ties among residents and locals.

This is a very nice complex!! After looking at several, it was the customer service, and positive energy that sold me. Diana and Jen made me feel at home. Plus the maintenance staff is great! It never takes more than two days for them to respond and they enjoy sparking a conversation.

We have several apartments at Monarch and we, along with our clients, have been pleased during our time here. Both the leasing and maintenance staff work hard to keep the community well kept and always tend to any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. I have lived in Monarch Apartments for almost three years, in a 1/1 unit. I have definitely noticed a welcomed change since the new manager has taken over. I cannot say enough how nice it is to live here. I must say I am very picky, as I have relocated often for work and have many opportunities to change address. I am usually the first to offer bad reviews but Monarch has been a joy to live in. The apartments are beautiful, quiet neighbors, clean and very well maintained. Any maintenance issues have been immediately addressed, within moments of requests , which is rare! I haven’t taken advantage of all the amenities, but in viewing them, I don’t have any complaints. Nice dog park area for sure! The staff in the office is always friendly and accommodating. Many previous reviews mention parking issues…these have been addressed and I haven’t had any problem parking near my unit. Landscaping and overall appearance has improved drastically. The renewal rates are definitely generous and below what other properties have offered. I am definitely going sign the next renewal.

When we had a showing for this apartment we fell inlove and knew this was home. It took less then a day to get approval and moved in a couple days later. Great amenities. Jen was so helpful and nice. She’s the best!
Ive been a resident of Monarch since 2019. In recent years , after the change to new property ownership by Freemanwebb, the management has made a very positive change. The new property manager Diana and assistant manager Jenn have helped to drastically improve the property in many areas and have greatly improved relationships with residents. The new maintenance staff has also been very prompt and easy to work with. Areas which have improved in past 2 years are as follows: safety & security of property , pool & workout areas, maintenance and scheduling, secured front gate, lighting, new pavement , new entry road repaved , lawn maintenance, cleaning of breezeways & parking lots, improved trash collection, lawn maintenance and mulch, EMS access, community communications, etc. I’m very pleased I didn’t have to leave the property, and the new improvements caused me to renew my lease. I now feel secure and proud of where I live, many of my new neighbors have been thoughtful and polite. Sincerely Tim
