I have lived here for several years now and just re-upped my lease again. These apartments aren't new but they are nicely renovated and spacious for the price, the countertops and tiling are gorgeous. I live in a corner unit, so I have enormous windows. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly, Brandon and Drew in the office care very much about their residents. They are positive and engaged. I have the same maintenance guy every time, he's a super friendly and handy guy and I feel safe. When I was looking at apartments, the apartment locator wasn't even going to take me here because he said it wasn't nice. I'm really glad I asked to look though, because he was surprised at how much it had changed. Didn't know that it was under new management and had been completely updated. I think it might have been a dump once? Either way, it's great now. Easy to get a washer/dryer in the laundry room and they take ApplePay. Never had clothes eaten by the washer and it's locked. I order a lot online and have never had a package stolen. Google Fiber is super fast. My neighbors are the best, I know a lot of them by name. Xeriscaped property with a little vegetable garden and dog park, too. I work downtown near the capitol and it's close to work. Town Lake picks up a few blocks north, there are some really nice little convenience stores, Pho, coffee, etc within walking distance.

Ive lived on Riverside for 4 years now and the Spoke now for almost a year. Of the 5 apartment complexes I’ve lived in, the Spoke has felt the most like home and had the most ‘real’ perks. It’s not a luxury property with expensive amenities, but simply based on its location walkable to everything you could ever need, Spoke has been my favorite place to live by far(even when compared to the luxury properties I've lived in). Every morning starts with a walk/run on the lake (my dogs favorite part about the spoke) and then when im too lazy to cook the groceries i bought at HEB (also a short walk down the street) you can find me grabbing poke, pho, or my favorite neighborhood wine bar/cafe/mini grocery: Mour Cafe. Come nighttime you have several casual nightlife options including fraziers, buzmill, and the Jackalope for a drink with friends. For the price and location alone, Spoke is a home run. Aside from that, management is five stars ⭐️, making applying a breeze, keeping me informed, and solving any maintenance concern i had within 24 hours. Consider spoke for the best value on riverside! 😊
