The on-site property managers are the best. I lived here for 4.5 years and never waited more than a day to have issues (even minor ones) addressed and usually fixed. The complex is quiet, other than the occasional dog barking (there are small dogs that like to yap here). The common areas are clean and maintained. The buildings are old and a little outdated, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.
