Vanessa is an amazing host! I mean above and beyond. Very patient, not pushy, took her time to show me everything in the building and explain thoroughly all the caveats of renting at this community. Answered all my questions and was willing to go an extra mile for me and my family. Approval was easy as 1-2-3, I didn’t have to do anything!

Actually my last review was an error my experience at noho 14 was very pleasant I dropped by with no appointment and had a few questions also I request to see a unit I was potentially interested in and Kira took care of me with no hesitation. Upon inspecting the unit it was very nice and had a great view of the valley . Definitely going to move forward with application process

Me and my roommate have been in this building for about 3 years now and we've had our ups and downs but now with a new management team in place things are looking to be more up then they've ever been. Emma has been particularly helpful and we are very happy to have her here. We love the building and ofcourse the unbeatable views and plan on continuing to be here for the foreseeable future.

What a great experience it was during our move in to this building to get support from Kira and the rest of the management staff at NoHo14. The maintenance service is very responsive and was incurable to work with Sergio Martinez is a great example of what an incredible asset wonderful and skilled people make when hired and retained at buildings like NoHo 14. He took care of all of our needs so quickly we could not believe it! Thank you so much for making our new home feel so welcome!

From the moment I moved in, the apartment service has been really good. Any request or maintenance issue I've had was addressed immediately. I sent a service request- and Sergio M. came and solved the issue in my apartment unit the same day! The management and maintenance team here genuinely cares about making the property as comfortable and homey as possible. They are committed in creating a pleasant living environment.
