I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have never had a problem. These apartments are CLEAN and safe. Whenever I need something done with maintenance, they respond quickly and get the job done no questions asked. I personally have never had anything messed with concerning my car or anything else for that matter. I also know that none of my neighbors have either. The management has gardeners come out every Monday today keep it looking nice. I have seen the connection the manager, Sarah, has made with the tenets of this property and I have to say that I am amazed by it. She seems like she genuinely cares for the people here. My lease is up in October and will be renewing it.

I lived here for almost 5 months, so far I like living here. My place was freshly renovated and clean. So bathroom, kitchen, and washer/dryer are new. Requesting maintenance is simple to do online, maintenance responds promptly. I have a real concern about to local transients/homeless population that frequents close to our complex. My car was broken into about a month ago. Having one covered parking space for all tenants is a plus living here.
