I have been renting from Evergreen Court going on some years now and never had an issue with anything. Maintenance is fast if I ever had an issue. The building itself is old but is in great condition. Vacuum the carpets every so often and maintain a clean living environment and you'll be just fine. I live on the first floor and have never had issues with neighbors, noise, or garbage. Lori Wulf and the Evergreen Court staff offer tenants a peace of mind at very affordable rates! The Apartments are a small, quiet community full of the nicest people and very warm and friendly management staff. Definitely recommend you stoping by or giving them a call!
