We simply love this place! Super nice and chill; relaxing and quiet. Dave, the property manager, is the best. He’s been very supportive and accessible from the day one and always there to helps out with any questions or concerns. Gary is a super friendly maintenance guy and is always there to fix and/or adjust anything you need.
Even tho we are still unpacking, as we moved here just few weeks ago, this place feels like home.
If you have a family or you are single this place is for you.
I absolutely love living here. It’s quiet, and close by to everything we would need. Chris and Vanessa definitely add to the comfortability of living here as well. Anytime there is an issue with our apartment it is taken care of in a timely manner and efficiently done by Chris, he’s always on top of it. Vanessa is always the sweetest when it comes to any of my concerns or general questions. The best team I’ve experienced while living in apartments.

I am grateful to have found this place. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. Vanessa (the manager) has been understanding, accommodating and always available to help me upon moving in, the day to day stuff, and went above and beyond when I decided to transfer units due to life changes. Maintenance is on point and fast to resolve issues also.

Great location, has The Camp, South Coast Plaza, and Mitsuwa Market in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Recently renovated their pools and they look amazing. Vanessa at the leasing office is amazing and assisted us on every step throughout the move in process. Chris, Head of Maintenance, is incredibly responsive, informative, helpful and most of all friendly. Easily the best maintenance technician I've had from all the apartments I've lived at and why this place gets 5 stars from me.

Vanessa is all I think about when I think of this place. My first place all on my own it hasn’t been easy but Vanessa has made it not only easy but an experience I won’t forget because she has been there the whole way. She’s amazing! She’s given me great advice and guidance. If I could have any manager it’d be her! Maintenance is also amazing I had a minor leak a few weeks ago called it in on a Sat morning early, I think his name is Chris, he got there within 15-20 mins and it was taken care of by the time I got back home. I love it here!!

Chris is phenomenal! He really takes care of the place when it comes to responding to maintenance requests. He is knowledgeable in what he does, and he truly provides a level of care that I feel is rare in his position. In the 6 years I have lived here, Chris has been the best maintenance professional. I had such a GREAT experience while at the Village at South Coast.
Pros:
-Modern unit
-Unit was very clean
-Maintenance team SUPER helpful and friendly. Chris was excellent!
-Property manager Vanessa and her assistant were super friendly and were always trying to go above and beyond with their answers to my questions.
-Parking situation is spacious
-Tenants were super friendly as well
Furthermore, I've been in many apartment complexes in past and it's always difficult to communicate with property managers, as they are usually very busy and don't reply quickly to emails or calls. However, that is NOT the case at The Village at South Coast.
Vanessa the property manager, is attentive to emails and calls, and is always so inviting when you stop by her office. She is so friendly and professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better property manager. I truly feel she is has a passion to providing excellent service, and you can see that by her actions and great personality. Thank you Vanessa for your excellent service!
If I ever move back to Costa Mesa, I am going straight to The Village at South Coast.

Vanessa the new property manager has really turned this place around since I've been here for 3 years. She is super sweet and does what it takes to be an efficient property manager. I have had a couple of "hiccups" with some personal things since I moved in and she was beyond understanding of my situations and helped me a lot more than I can say about any other property manager I have ever had. You can tell she is a very genuine person.
Chris the new maintenance manager really knows his stuff! He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is quickly and efficiently fixed and that the people living here are satisfied. My dishwasher stopped working and he was able to get a brand new one in within a couple of days. He really listens to what the residents need and genuinely cares.
The Village at South Coast has dramatically improved since both of them have come here. Thank you!
