You will receive an online application link during the in-person property showing. All occupants 18 years of age or older must submit an application. The application fee is $50 per applicant and the application will remain valid in the office for 30 days if basic qualifications are met. At Starr, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. Thats why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents. Our program handles rental insurance, credit building (optional) to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more at a rate of $39.95/month, added to every property as a required program.
