The rooms are very spacious and the large windows bring in plenty of natural lighting. This is a Non-Smoking/No Vaping/No e-cigarette Property! Tenant pays a flat rate for water of $50.00/mo for single occupant. Additional occupants are billed at $25.00/mo. Maximum of 3 occupants. Sorry No pets!
