My husband and I randomly chose to live at Camden Sierra from an online search from our previous duty station. It was one of the BEST decisions we have ever made. We lived at Camden Sierra for 2 years and were happy with our living experience. Assigned parking spots near apartment, quick and responsive maintenance staff, regularly maintained pool and outdoor grilling area, and interior of the apartments was nicely updated and maintained. We had friendly neighbors and enjoyed living in the Camden Sierra community. Yes, rent was raised each time our lease was up for renewal, but that is very typical for Southern California. There are many pet owners in the complex, so it was common to see droppings around the premises, but maintenance was typically quick to clean up (and pet owners should really be cleaning up after their own dogs). Great location of apartments, nice view, not on a busy road, schools nearby, easy commute to work. Lots of military personnel within the community. Highly recommend.
