I’ve lived here almost a year now and these are the best kept apartments I’ve ever lived in. Always clean and landscaped.Terezinha is the best manager you could ask for, she is always so sweet and accommodating. I always get a response immediately & if a work order is needed there is always a promptness and it is fixed within hours! Could not be more pleased with my experience living here! Would highly recommend!

Resident 3 years (2021 - 2024) in 1 BR unit. **NOTE REVIEWS POSTED PRIOR TO 2020 WERE UNDER DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT.** We've loved it here! Current management has always been friendly, efficient, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and fair. Complex is lovely (photos are accurate!); relatively quiet, nicely upgraded units, landscaping always beautiful & well-kept. On-site maintenance typically responds to (rare) routine issues same-day if M-F, and available 24/7 for emergencies. For more complex issues, management will have a professional out ASAP. Pool is GREAT -- very nice & very clean -- though surrounded by apartments so have to be OK being "in the middle of everyone" if you want to take a dip on a hot summer afternoon -- which was not a big deal to us. Small workout room open 24/7, and 2 (pay-to-play) laundromats open 24/7. Parking can at times be a little awkward, but management works to arrange your parking location(s) to be as convenient as possible. Neighborhood is ideal; very safe + 3 minute walk to a 7-11 open 24/7, 5-10 minute walk west to both Trolley station and HUGE Albertsons. 5 minute walk south to huge public park. 5 minute drive to Grossmont Center, and just about "everything you need" for day-to-day life is within a short drive west to La Mesa & SDSU (5-10 mins + 5-10 mins further to Mission Valley), east to El Cajon (5-10 mins), north to Santee (10-15 mins), or south to Lemon Grove & Spring Valley (10 mins +10 mins more to downtown). 25 mins to the airport, and 30 minutes to Tijuana! Or hop on the trolley and be anywhere in San Diego within an hour! There's also a small shopping center just past the 7-11 (so about a 5 minute walk) with a Round Table Pizza, a small local theater group (Lamplighters Community Theatre), Santana's Taco Shop, & a liquor store if you're thirsty! Almost anything you want in gorgeous & fun San Diego is within a 30 minute drive. Neighbors have been fine; mostly quiet and/or friendly. We rarely hear much noise from our neighbors above or on either side, and certainly not enough to bother us. Definitely recommend checking out Serena Vista Apartments!
