This is a very family friendly apartment complex. Ashley, the current manager, and the gentleman that does the maintenance are both helpful and very friendly. The process to apply was easy for me because the website allows you to apply right away. My only suggestion is to power wash the sidewalk and the stairs, the complex would look a lot more colorful and inviting. :)
