5 star for the maintenance team. Ralph has been very proactive and goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The leasing office is slow to respond these days, but that is probably because they are understaffed.

The Epic Lease team made our stressful holiday period more manageable. We had to suddenly move a family member to Epic because their other apartment unit (at a separate complex not managed by Essex) was no longer habitable. Stephanie Valentin and Angelica Flores (Epic's Leasing Specialists) provided a white-glove service to help prioritize our leasing process. They were exceptionally communicative and helped outline the required steps concisely and effectively to avoid any obstacles that would delay getting the lease in our hands for signature. We were able to finalize all the documents and sign the lease within 2 business days just in time for the holidays and we couldn't be happier.
