Management company is not the most honest or respectful of managers / property landlords out there in the world. I definitely caution all prospective tenants and renters alike, no matter what just as long as you have to deal with these characters, defects and all, to dot their eyes and cross double and triple cross and dot over and over. The funny thing is, all I did was call to verify some information on a unit which they had for rent on their own marketing campaign i.e. Website, Email brochure, and they gave me so many conflicting and incorrect facts. Second, my friend leased from them and was out voluntarily within weeks of moving in. That's how scary these people are!!!! Yikes!!!
